Bike 13 miles, Run 5k (NEW Run Course)
Youth Distances (aged 11 - 14): Swim 200 meters, Bike 5k,
Run 2k
Kid Distances (10 and Under): Swim 100 meters, Bike 2.5k,
Run 1k
Sprint Starting
Time: 7:30 AM for Sprint Distance (15 and Older).
Kid/Youth Starting Time: 10:15 AM for Youth/Kid Distances (14 and Under).

inviting Jesus to enter more deeply into our community,
our families, and our hearts, that He might get His work
done in us and the world.

- Trophies to best overall Male, Female, and Team.
- Awards given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in individual divisions.
- Awards given to best team in each of the team divisions.
Course Description:
The swim will be conducted in a 50 meter pool with a serpentine course (swim map).
The bike leg will exit the park and do a large loop through the country
side (sprint cycle). The Kids/Youth bike leg is in the park (kids/youth cycle map). The run portion will be from the transition area through a course
laid out around the park and finish at the transition area (run map). All course
information.
Race Rules:
Course marshals have final authority to remove a participant from the
race for rule violations. Contestant will be required to wear race number
during bicycling and running portions. All contestants must provide
their own bicycles and are responsible for maintenance during and security
following the race. Swim goggles or face masks are allowed. No participant
may be towed, pulled in or helped in any other
way during the competition. Bicycling will take place on public
roads. All participants and crews are subject to the regulations that
apply to public roads. Running will take place on public access areas.
No drafting. Helmets are mandatory. Event will take place rain or shine.
